As a member of the firm's Litigation Department, Anthony's industry-wide litigation and mass toxic torts practice focuses on the defense of Fortune 500 companies in high exposure, complex product liability suits such as chemical, cosmetic, machinery, pharmaceutical, and medical device actions in MDL, federal and state courts.   He is currently designated as local counsel to several national and multi-national companies overseeing the defense of their asbestos claims throughout Connecticut.  He has also gained valuable experience in serving pharmaceutical, chemical and product manufacturers on both the national and local counsel levels.

Anthony has also represented physicians, hospitals and managed care providers in contract and commercial matters as well as in professional liability litigation.  He is also experienced in litigating business, commercial and contract actions as well as single plaintiff lead paint and general liability lawsuits.

He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
