Barbara S. Koteen is a member of our estate department.  Barbara provides clients with advice on estate and disability planning, estate administration and tax issues.  She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.  Barbara graduated in 1992 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in1995.  While in law school, Barbara served as Managing Editor of the Pace Law Review which published her article: Kleeman v. Rheingold, There Are No Small Mistakes.  Barbara is a member of the Connecticut, New York, Regional and the Westchester County Women's Bar Associations, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
