Charles J. Spiess is a partner in the firm's corporate department and focuses on a variety of corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial real estate and commercial leasing.  

Mr. Spiess received his J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Cardozo Law Review and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester in 1991 where he graduated with honors.

Mr. Spiess is a member of the Connecticut, New York and Greenwich Bar Associations.
