Charles J. Spiess received his law degree from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Spiess received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1991 where he graduated with honors and was a member of the crew team.

Mr. Spiess is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations. Mr. Spiess practices in the area of general corporate law.
