Van concentrates his practice in advising individuals and families with respect to all aspects of creation and preservation of their assets. In that capacity, he advises his clients with regard to their estate plans, the purchase and sale of real estate as well as commercial transactions relating to the purchase and sale of closely held businesses. He is also involved in estate administration, including working closely with clients and their financial advisors. Van is currently a member of the Greenwich, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.
