Attorneys

Kevin is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Commercial Department. Kevin represents business clients in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including commercial financew, workout, creditors' rights, merger and acquisition, commercial real estate and general corporate matters.

In law school, Kevin was Executive Managing Editor of the Connecticut Law Journal. He is a member of the Regional Bar Association and is a member of the Section on Corporations and other Business Organizations of the Connecticut Bar Association. Kevin serves on the boards of the World Affairs Forum and the American Jewish Committee, Connecticut Chapter.
