The Firm's Managing Partner since 1993, Bill concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law and commercial real estate and advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and general corporate activities. Bill also represents owners, lenders and tenants in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financings and leasing.

Bill has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association since 1997, and is a past President of the Association. He has also served as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Association and as Co-Chair of its Business Law Committee. Bill is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and its Section on Corporations and other Business Organizations. He served on the Young Lawyers Executive Committee and was Chairman of the Fairfield County Corporation, Banking and Business Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Section. He is a member of the American Bar Association, a former Director of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a former Trustee of the Stamford Symphony and the Darien Library, and currently serves as a Trustee of the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Connecticut.
