Commercial Real Estate and Leasing

Our commercial real estate practice includes the representation of owners of office and retail properties. We advise these clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, management and sale of their properties. Securities-Offerings and Private Placements

Many of our clients are early stage businesses that obtain their financing from sources other than banks and traditional lending institutions. We advise these clients in private placements of debt and equity securities from alternative funding sources.
