Charlie Pascal is an associate in the Corporate Department.

Charlie focuses his practice on general corporate matters including entity formation, acquisition and sale.  In addition, he advises clients in connection with commercial real estate and financing transactions.

Prior to joining DMOC, Charlie was an associate with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen, LLP where he was a member of the Institutional Finance group.

Before law school Charlie spent five years in the banking and investment industries.  First he worked for a mid-cap investment firm and then for a large bank where he advised individual clients and small businesses in the areas of investments and lending.

Charlie was an editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law and interned in the chambers of two federal judges during his time at the University of Connecticut School of Law where he graduated with honors.

Charlie is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Fairfield County Bar Association.
